CITIC Jinzhou Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. Is a share-holding Company invested and holded by CITIC.

The former name, Jinzhou Ferroalloy Co.,ltd, was built in 1940, now It has become one of the largest ferroalloy-producing base in China, a pillar one in the national metallurgical industry. ranked in the national large-scale enterprises since 1988. awarded “national first grade enterprise” by the state council in 1991.in 2006,CITIC purchased state-owned shares of Jinzhou Ferroalloy Co.,ltd, renamed as “CITIC Jinzhou Ferroalloy Co.,ltd”, with registered capital of RMB730m, total assets of RMB1400m.

    Covering an area of 1.77 square kilometers, nearly 3000 of employees, in which more than 30 middle and senior managers with EMBA, all managers with college degrees.

   The products include ferroalloy, non-ferrous metals and chemicals, formed series of vanadium, titanium, chromium, manganese, zirconium and hafnium, nearly one hundred of brands, widely used in the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, military, petroleum, machinery, navigation, spacecraft ,aviation and light industries. The products sold not only in domestic market (except Taiwan), but also to USA, EU, Canada, India, Brazil, Japan,Korea etc. more than 20 countries and regions. It has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system accreditation.

   It has 4 joint ventures, Pangan Group Jinzhou Titanium Co.,ltd, Jinzhou Vanadium Co.,ltd, Jinzhou Nichiden Ferroalloy Co.,ltd and Jinzhou Keluo Metal Co.,ltd.
